Preparing for the Online Community Unconference 2025

See you January 8th!

In just a few days, the much-anticipated Online Community Unconference 2025 will bring together passionate community and community-skilled leaders for a day of connection, ideation, and learning. To help you make the most of this unique experience, we’ve prepared a detailed guide to set you up for success.

Don’t have a ticket yet? You can grab one of the remaining tickets here.

What is the Online Community Unconference?

The Online Community Unconference follows the Open Space Technology format, emphasizing participant-driven discussions and active collaboration. Here, you shape the agenda based on the challenges, ideas, and insights that matter most to you. Think of it as a full-day “coffee break” where the real conversations happen—on purpose.

Key Principles:

  • Whoever comes are the right people. The most passionate participants will show up.
  • Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened. Embrace spontaneity and the moment.
  • Whenever it starts is the right time. Flexibility trumps rigid schedules.
  • When it’s over, it’s over. Move on when discussions reach their natural conclusion.

The Law of Mobility further empowers you to take charge of your learning—if a session doesn’t engage you, you’re encouraged to find another that does.
